The Affects Of Stress & Gratitude On Your Physical Health

Did you know stress plays a major rule on your physical health? Many people prioritize their physical wellbeing while neglecting their mental health. Ironically, many of the illnesses and physical aliments we deal with are caused or perpetuated by being in a chronic state of stress. In this episode I explain the ways chronic stress affects your body and one of the simplest ways to begin restoring your health and wellbeing- gratitude. While I wish the happiness gratitude brings was persuasive enough, using gratitude to improve your health is backed by science. It's time that we lose the stigma around talking about our feelings. You deserve to be healthy and happy in every sense of the word.
